# I've been added to Squared.io but did not receive my access link email. How can I access the platform?

If your email address has been added to Squared.io but you did not receive an access request email you can get access by: 

- Going to the Squared.io login page: https://app.squared.io/login
- Entering your email address
- Selecting 'Forgotten your password'
