Account negative keywords

In the ‘Client negatives’ section you can add negative keywords manually or upload current shared library lists. You can consolidate account level negative keyword lists to ensure they will be applied to all current and future campaigns.

You'll be able to download the list of negatives you've added here or via the add queries tool by hitting "Download XLSX" - this will also tell you when they were added.

The removal of these negatives must be done via Squared.io (removing a negative from the shared library in Google Ads directly will be over-written). To remove a negative, just hit the red "x" and then hit "sync now" at the top of the page.

Group and agency negative keywords

You can also apply negative keywords at scale using group (find out more about groups here) or global level negatives - ensuring the key exclusions you need applied at all times are in place. You can think of these like MCC shared library negatives, that are automatically applied to call campaigns for you!
