# What date range are the scores/penalties based on?

Squared.io scores and penalties throughout the Insights sections are based on the previous day's data. Information on the report download data date range can be found at the top of the list - Optimization example below.

You can change the date range in the top right to update report data in other areas - e.g. Audience:
