What does 'Can View' and 'Manages' mean when setting up a new user?

These options allow you to limit access and apply scores to individuals based on the accounts relevant to them.

Can View: A user will only be able to see accounts within the Group they Can View.

Manage: A user's score on the People tab will be based on the Group they manage.
